Returns Policy

All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).

• You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related shipping costs.

• The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

If items are returned and are not in their original, unused condition, then we are unable to accept a return. If Items are returned and found to be NOT in original condition then a 50% fee will be deduced on top of all shipping costs 

You are required to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us (including all postal or courier charges). We will also charge a 20% restock fee for items returned due to change of mind purchases.

 

Items ordered and cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 6% transaction fee which covers our non recoverable transaction costs. The order value, less the 6% fee will be refunded.
